TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
YumaNow.com agrees to provide
a any Listing on YumaNow.com only after verfying the information submitted by
phone call to submitter. If the listing being submitted is an OWNER PLUS, or
PREMIUM Listing, the Listing period shall be for 12 months from date first
placed online and shall include unlimited updates. The BASIC Listing is for a period of 6 months and includes 3 updates. OWNER Agrees that any and all
yard or directional signs provided by YumaNow.com for OWNERS use remain the
property of YumaNow.com. OWNER Agrees to allow YumaNow.com to place a
YumaNow.com yard sign with the OWNERS phone number in the front area of the
OWNERS Property. OWNER Agrees to not add any object, sign, except a brochure box
or brochure holder, to the YumaNow.com yard sign unless authorized to do so by
YumaNow.com. OWNER further Agrees to contact YumaNow.com when Property has sold
or Property Listing is cancelled and provide YumaNow.com with access to pick up
the sign or signs. Listings will only be accepted at the sole discretion of
YumaNow.com. The undersigned submit this information and hereby indemnify and
hold harmless YumaNow.com or any of its affiliates, employees, officers, or
associates liable for any omissions, mistakes, or misrepresentations made
knowingly or unknowingly in this submission or any information or submission
placed by YumaNow.com on their web site. The undersigned hereby agree to visit
YumaNow.com and check their listing information and to notify YumaNow.com within
24 hours of any mistakes, omissions, or any other problem they view on the web
site regarding their submission. Owner agrees that if property is listed with a Real Estate Agent the YumaNow.com listing shall immediately cease and if relisted at a later date, will be treated as a new listing and subject to pricing and conditions on date of relisting.
